Our trained team provides high acuity, nurse-led care services, particularly for individuals with secondary diagnoses, co-morbidities or those who’ve experienced previous failed placements.

With this small group living, we’re able to provide a homely and supportive environment that’s more responsive to individual needs.
The home has communal dining and living spaces, a therapy room and a large accessible garden.
We offer a variety of accessible baths and showers for a range of mobility needs.
Otterburn is near local amenities and transport links, helping people stay connected to the community.
Otter Unit
Otter Unit supports ten adults living with dementia and Huntington’s disease who may also have a mental health diagnosis.
Fox Unit
Fox Unit supports ten adults living with acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries and those with complex mental health needs.
Squirrel Unit
Squirrel Unit is our high dependency unit, supporting ten adults with complex needs arising from acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries and physical disabilities. The Squirrel team is trained to support those who have tracheostomies.

From the centre of Birmingham, head towards the A441 and take it past Edgbaston Stadium.
From the south, follow the M40, M42 and A435 to Broad Lane, continue on Broad Lane to Brandwood Park Road and Otterburn is on the right.
There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available along Brandwood Park Road.
